FAQ
Ordering and delivery
Most custom tables take approximately 8–10 weeks from final design approval through production and delivery.
Because every table is made individually, timing can vary depending on the size, wood selection, resin design, level of customization, and freight schedule.
We’ll keep you updated as your order moves through the process.
Start by choosing a table design you like, then select the available options such as size, wood, resin color, shape, edge style, and base.
After checkout, our team will review your order and confirm the important design details with you before production begins.
If you need a size or configuration that isn’t listed, you can also contact us for a custom quote.
For a full walkthrough, visit our How to Order page.
Yes.
For custom orders, we confirm the important specifications before production begins. Depending on the project, this may include dimensions, tabletop layout, resin placement, wood selection, base style, and other custom details.
Where applicable, we’ll provide drawings or design information for your approval.
Usually, yes—as long as production hasn’t started.
If you need to change the size, wood, resin color, base, or another detail, contact us as soon as possible.
Once the final design has been approved and production has begun, major changes may no longer be possible. Changes that require new materials or additional work may also result in additional charges.
Yes.
For custom projects, we’ll stay in touch as your order moves through important stages such as design confirmation, production, completion, and shipping.
The exact type and frequency of updates may vary depending on the project.
We offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.
Additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, remote locations, or deliveries requiring special freight arrangements.
Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
Because our tables are large and heavy, they are generally delivered by freight truck.
Standard delivery is typically made to your driveway, curbside, or the nearest safe location accessible to the delivery vehicle.
For tables over 90 inches, customers may need to arrange additional help or suitable equipment for unloading.
Standard freight delivery does not include in-home placement or assembly.
Freight deliveries typically include one driver, whose ability to assist with heavy furniture is limited.
If your order requires special delivery arrangements, please contact us before shipment so we can review the available options.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout.
Payment options may vary depending on your location, order value, and the payment services currently available on our website.
If you have questions about payment for a large custom project, contact us before placing your order.
For standard configurations, your selected options will determine the price shown before checkout.
For highly customized projects, unusual dimensions, special materials, or designs that are not available through the standard product options, additional pricing may apply.
We will confirm any additional custom charges with you before proceeding.
Yes.
If you’re looking for a custom size, specific wood slab, unusual resin design, custom base, or another feature that isn’t listed on the product page, send us the details and we’ll review your project.
You can also use our Design Your Own Table page to request a custom quote.
Standard shipping is included for eligible addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.
Special freight services, remote-area delivery, oversized unloading assistance, or other optional delivery services may involve additional charges.
Applicable taxes, if required, are calculated based on your order and delivery location and will be shown during checkout.
Returns
Because custom tables are made specifically to your approved dimensions, materials, colors, and design selections, custom and made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
We strongly recommend reviewing all measurements and customization details carefully before approving your order.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If production has not started, we’ll review the status of your order and let you know what options are available.
Once materials have been prepared or production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please inspect the crate and furniture carefully when it arrives.
If you notice shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number, clear photos of the damage, photos of the packaging, and video if helpful.
For visible freight damage, ask the driver to note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt before signing whenever possible.
Keep the packaging until we’ve reviewed the issue.
Contact us at support@epofurniture.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once we review the situation, the appropriate solution may include repair assistance, replacement parts, an approved local repair, partial refund, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
No.
Real wood naturally varies in grain, color, knots, mineral streaks, live edges, voids, and other markings.
These variations are part of what makes each table unique and are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
Significant structural problems that may be related to workmanship can still be submitted for review.
Design & Customization
Depending on the table, customization options may include:
· Table length and width
· Table shape
· Wood species
· Wood slab
· Resin color
· Resin placement or style
· Edge style
· Top thickness
· Surface finish
· Table base or legs
· Other project-specific details
If you don’t see the exact combination you want, contact us. We may still be able to make it.
In many cases, yes.
Send us your preferred length, width, and height, and we’ll review whether the size works with the available wood, table design, structural support, base, and shipping requirements.
For many custom projects, we can provide available wood slab options or previews before production.
Because every slab is naturally different, availability depends on the wood species, size, and design you choose.
Not exactly—and that’s part of working with real wood and hand-poured epoxy resin.
Every slab has different grain, knots, color, live edges, and natural markings. Resin flow and pattern can also vary slightly from one pour to another.
We follow your approved design and specifications as closely as possible, but no two handcrafted tables will ever be completely identical.
Yes.
We offer a range of resin colors and styles, and available choices can be selected on the product page or discussed as part of a custom project.
If you have a specific color in mind that isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll review what’s possible.
Yes.
We offer different metal and wood base styles depending on the table design.
For larger dining and conference tables, we also consider tabletop dimensions and weight when recommending a base to make sure the finished table has proper support and stability.
Absolutely.
Our Buying Guide covers table sizing, shapes, wood species, edge styles, resin colors, and base options.

Warranty
EPOFURNITURE provides a 1-year limited warranty on covered custom epoxy resin tables, solid wood tables, table bases, legs, and other covered furniture unless otherwise stated.
The warranty begins on the date your order is delivered.
The warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use.
Examples may include:
· Manufacturing-related finish failure
· Structural workmanship defects
· Abnormal separation between wood and epoxy
· Manufacturing defects in supplied table bases or legs
· Defective mounting points or hardware
All claims are reviewed individually.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, extreme humidity, excessive dryness, prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, harsh cleaners, improper storage, or customer-caused damage.
Damage caused by an improper repair or modification is also not covered.
It depends on the cause.
Small checks and minor movement can naturally occur as solid wood responds to changes in temperature and humidity and are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.
However, significant cracking, warping, separation, or structural problems that may be related to materials or workmanship can be submitted for warranty review.
Minor bubbles or small imperfections may occasionally appear on the underside of a handcrafted epoxy tabletop.
These are not considered defects when they do not affect the finished top surface, structural integrity, durability, or normal use of the table.
Visible or structural resin problems can still be submitted for review.

Care & Maintenance
For everyday cleaning, use a soft microfiber cloth with warm water and a small amount of mild soap when needed.
Dry the surface with a clean, soft cloth afterward.
Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, strong solvents, and cleaners that may damage the wood finish or resin surface.
We don’t recommend it.
Use trivets, heat-resistant mats, or other protection under hot pots, pans, serving dishes, and appliances.
Direct heat can damage the finish, wood, or epoxy resin.
Unless a product is specifically described as suitable for outdoor use, our tables are designed for indoor use.
Long-term exposure to rain, moisture, direct sunlight, temperature swings, and UV light can affect both the wood and epoxy resin.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and UV light may gradually affect the tone or clarity of epoxy resin over time.
To help preserve the appearance of your table, avoid placing it where it will receive strong direct sunlight for extended periods whenever possible.
Use coasters, placemats, desk pads, and other protective surfaces when appropriate.
Avoid dragging sharp, rough, or heavy objects across the tabletop.
Small signs of wear can naturally develop with normal use, just as they do with other high-quality furniture.
Solid wood does best in a reasonably stable indoor environment.
Avoid extreme or rapid changes in humidity and temperature. Air conditioning, heating, humidifiers, or dehumidifiers can help maintain a more stable environment when necessary.
Always lift the table rather than dragging it.
For large epoxy and solid wood tables, use enough people to safely support the tabletop and base. Moving a heavy table by dragging it can put unnecessary stress on the legs, mounting points, and flooring.
Like many finished materials, epoxy resin may gradually change in tone or clarity as it ages, especially with prolonged UV or direct sunlight exposure.
This is why we recommend keeping your table in a stable indoor environment and limiting prolonged direct sunlight.
For complete care instructions, please see our Care & Maintenance Guide.
