Warranty
At EPOFURNITURE, every table is made with care and inspected before it leaves our workshop. We want your furniture to look great, feel solid, and hold up to everyday use for years to come.
If an issue related to materials or workmanship occurs, this warranty explains what is covered and how we can help.
Warranty Period
EPOFURNITURE provides a 1-year limited warranty on our custom epoxy resin tables, solid wood tables, table bases, legs, and other covered furniture unless otherwise stated on the product page or project agreement.
The warranty begins on the date your order is delivered.
This warranty applies to covered products used under normal indoor residential or commercial conditions.
During the warranty period, we will review verified defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal function, structural integrity, or intended use of the furniture.
What Is Covered
Covered issues may include:
-
Peeling or failure of the tabletop finish caused by a manufacturing or application defect
-
Structural defects in the tabletop caused by workmanship
-
Abnormal separation between wood and epoxy resin
-
Manufacturing defects in table bases or legs supplied by EPOFURNITURE
-
Defects in mounting points, hardware, or structural components supplied with the table
-
Other verified manufacturing or workmanship defects that affect normal use of the furniture
Warranty coverage is determined after our team reviews the issue, including photos, videos, order details, and other relevant information.
How We Handle Covered Issues
Not every furniture issue requires replacing an entire table.
Depending on the nature and severity of the problem, EPOFURNITURE may provide one or more of the following:

Replacement hardware
-
Replacement parts
-
Step-by-step repair instructions
-

If a local furniture professional or other third party is needed for a repair, any service that you expect EPOFURNITURE to reimburse must be approved by us in writing before the work begins.
On-site service, furniture moving, installation, and third-party labor are not automatically included unless approved by EPOFURNITURE in advance.

Natural Wood Characteristics
Every piece of real wood is different. Grain, color, knots, edges, and natural markings are part of what give each EPOFURNITURE table its individual character.
The following natural characteristics are generally not considered manufacturing defects:
-
Variations in wood grain
-
Knots and burls
-
Natural color variations
-
Mineral streaks
-
Live edge irregularities
-
Natural voids and markings
-
Small checks or end checks
-
Differences in figure or grain pattern
-
Other naturally occurring characteristics of solid wood
Because every wood slab is unique, the finished table may also differ slightly from photographs, samples, or other tables made from the same wood species.
These differences are part of the natural material and do not affect warranty coverage unless there is a separate verified manufacturing or structural defect.
Natural Wood Movement
Solid wood naturally reacts to its environment.
Seasonal changes in temperature and humidity can cause small amounts of expansion, contraction, movement, or minor checking over time.
These natural changes do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.
To help protect your furniture, keep it in a reasonably stable indoor environment and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, dryness, moisture, or direct sunlight.
Normal wood movement caused by environmental conditions is not covered under this warranty.
However, significant cracking, warping, separation, or structural issues that may be related to materials or workmanship can still be submitted for warranty review.
Epoxy Resin Characteristics
Each EPOFURNITURE epoxy resin table is individually poured and finished by hand.
Small differences in resin flow, pattern, transparency, color, and the transition between wood and resin may occur from one table to another.
These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of epoxy furniture and are not considered defects when they do not affect the table's structural integrity, durability, or normal use.
Minor bubbles or small imperfections may occasionally appear on the underside of the tabletop. These are not considered manufacturing defects when they do not affect:
-
The finished top surface
-
Structural integrity
-
Durability
-
Normal use of the table
If you require both the top and underside of your table to meet specific visual standards, please discuss those requirements with us before approving your custom order.
Resin Color & Natural Aging
Epoxy resin, like many finished materials, may gradually change in tone or clarity over time.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light may accelerate these changes.
Gradual changes in resin tone or clarity resulting from normal aging, prolonged UV exposure, or direct sunlight are not considered manufacturing defects.
To help preserve the appearance of your table, we recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight whenever possible.
Unusual or premature resin deterioration that appears to result from a manufacturing or material defect may still be submitted for warranty review.
Commercial Use
EPOFURNITURE tables may be used in residential and commercial spaces unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
For tables used in restaurants, offices, conference rooms, hospitality spaces, retail environments, or other commercial settings, normal wear caused by frequent or heavy use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
The same 1-year limited warranty applies to covered manufacturing and workmanship defects unless different warranty terms are stated in the product listing, quotation, invoice, or project agreement.
Assembly & Customer-Caused Damage
Damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or failure to follow provided instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
For large or heavy tables, we strongly recommend having enough people available to safely move and assemble the furniture.
If you are unsure about assembly, installation, maintenance, or care, please contact us before proceeding.
We would rather answer a question beforehand than have you risk damaging your furniture.
Care & Maintenance
A little regular care can help your table look its best for years.
We recommend that you:
-
Keep the table indoors unless otherwise specified
-
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
-
Maintain reasonably stable indoor temperature and humidity
-
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth
-
Use a mild, suitable cleaner when necessary
-
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners
-
Use trivets or heat protection under hot cookware
-
Use coasters and placemats when appropriate
-
Avoid placing sharp or abrasive objects directly on the tabletop
-
Wipe up spills promptly
-
Check base hardware and fasteners periodically and tighten them when necessary
Damage directly caused by improper care or use may not qualify for warranty coverage.
For more detailed instructions, please refer to our Care & Maintenance Guide.
Natural Characteristics vs. Manufacturing Defects
Because our tables combine natural wood with handcrafted epoxy resin, some variation is expected.
A natural variation does not automatically mean something is wrong with the table.
At the same time, we do not consider every crack, separation, resin issue, or surface problem to be a “natural characteristic.”
If you are unsure whether an issue is normal or related to manufacturing, contact us.
We will review the condition of the table, how it has been used and maintained, and any supporting photos or videos before making a determination.
Your Legal Rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
